How This Tool Calculates and Places Numbers Across Every PDF Page

This tool calculates placement individually for every page using the actual page dimensions — not a fixed template.

At the beginning of processing, it obtains the actual width and height of every page. Your chosen position and margin value then determine accurate x and y coordinates. Left-aligned numbers anchor from the left margin. Right-aligned numbers calculate inward from the right edge, factoring in font size and digit count so nothing overflows. Center positions split the page width exactly. Font size feeds directly into the coordinate math, keeping placement accurate even as digit count grows across longer documents.

Your start number applies to page one and increments by one per page automatically. The output saves as a brand new file — your original PDF is never modified.
