Toolota (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides 200+ free online tools at toolota.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how it’s used, and the choices you have. We built Toolota around a simple promise — no sign-up required — and this policy is written to match that: we collect as little as possible.
Because Toolota doesn’t require an account, we don’t collect names, emails, or passwords just to let you use a tool. The information we do receive falls into two categories:
Automatically collected data — your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location (country/city level), collected through standard server logs and analytics.
Content you provide — files, text, or images you upload to a specific tool (for example, a PDF you convert or an image you resize), used only to perform that task.
Files you upload to any Toolota tool are processed to deliver your result and are not used for any other purpose. Uploaded files and generated outputs are automatically deleted from our servers on a routine schedule, typically within a few hours of processing.
We do not manually open, review, or share the content of your files. Some tools (for example, simple calculators or unit converters) process your input entirely in your browser and never send it to our servers at all.
Note: Avoid uploading highly sensitive documents (such as government IDs or financial records) to any free online tool, including ours, unless you’ve reviewed the specific tool’s handling and are comfortable with it.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Some tool preferences may stop working if cookies are blocked, but core tool functionality will still work.

Toolota is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding the personal data we hold, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Since Toolota doesn’t require accounts, most of what we hold is non-identifying server-log and analytics data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Toolota after changes means you accept the revised policy.
